Reviewing 2024’s progress and setting the focus for 2025.

It was not easy to click the share button, but I am glad I did. I wrote a personal README, to promote transparency and openness as I transitioned from individual contributor to manager.

By all means, to-do lists and good old Pomodoro can be valuable. To unlock real productivity though, it is more important to get the basics right.
